The room reeked, and despite asking for clean towels, I had to chase down room service. Plus, the bathroom was only accessible through the main bedroom-so awkward for two couples sharing!

The hotel offers good value for money and gorgeous breakfast with mantra-quality of scrambled eggs. The location is marvellous and lovely, 2 km from Air Nightclub.

Our spacious two-bedroom apartment reminded me of home with a nice kitchen and comfy beds. Exceeded my expectations from my previous stay in the city.
the air conditioning wasn't working well.

It was convenient to suit my needs for a business stay.
The lack of parking and the small carpark bays.Scrapped car on pole trying to get in bay one night (though can't blame hotel for my error) and no room in carpark the next. Abrupt response from reception and lack of offer to help suggest alternative parking when rang to say carpark was full.

Fantastic stay! Friendly staff made us feel welcome, and our spacious room had all the comforts. Loved the breakfast options and the convenient location near cafes and the river. Despite a minor issue with a previous smell, they handled it promptly. Would definitely recommend!

Location
We paid alot of money for a bathroom set up for disabled people. We expected a tv in the bedroom too. The room was too hot. There was no Hotel information book. We asked for one and still did not get it.

I had a pretty nice stay! The location is super convenient, with a Red Cat bus stop just a few minutes away and shops right around the corner. The room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities, plus it was surprisingly quiet at night. I really enjoyed the large sitting area and the fully-equipped kitchen, making it easy to relax and unwind after a day out.
. The parking situation isn’t great for larger vehicles, and some of the amenities felt a bit outdated. There were also issues with occasional noise and the hot water being inconsistent. it could use some maintenance, but it’s still a decent spot for a city break!

The best thing about this motel was the the great location. We were close to the shops, the foreshore and the nightlife. The staff at the desk were very polite and all charges were made clear up front, so no surprise expenses when checking out. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.
The pillows were not very comfortable. Coffee and tea facilities were provided but no milk, we had to go to the shop before having a coffee. If you are a coffee drinker you wouldn't want to discover that first thing in the morning! The room with the pool in is heated but the pool is ice cold. These are all very minor things and the overall experience was excellent.

the facility is good and help us a lot.
The room he gave me is so terrible that the air-conditioner is out of work. We asked him to change another room,he refused irritively at first. After a long-time argued, he did change another room with central-airconditioned. When we got another room,it was already 3am. That made us a bad mood on the bigining of the trip, you know our son is just 3. When he fall asleep it was 4am after a long time flight. The other things are good.

Family-friendly stay with comforts of home
Our family felt at home in a spacious two-bedroom apartment. The balcony view was nice, made for a great evening chill. The staff, especially Adi, were really good too help us when we couldn't find our car, real lifesavers.
It wasn't inexpensive but the overall experience was still acceptable.

Very comfortable apartment, & very clean.
Didnt say the pool is not heated in winter, so kids could not go in as was freezing cold.
